Problem
README.md:14-15 has a ready-made demo slot — "drop a ≤2 MB clip at docs/demo.gif … then uncomment the line below" — and docs/ has the two screenshots from #111, but no GIF. The top-of-README demo is the highest-leverage asset the project doesn't have yet.
Proposed solution
Run npm run dev, record a ~10–15s loop: type some Markdown → watch the live preview → build a skill or trigger an export. Keep it ≤2 MB (gifski or gifsicle, ~12–15 fps, ~800px wide works well). Drop it at docs/demo.gif and uncomment the README line.
Good first issue because… there's zero code — running the app and capturing one clean take is the whole task.
