Builds/tests look relatively green. Would be great if at least the hip-tests jobs would run on Windows to check for any possible regressions there, but the queues are long...

Can I push a more updated rocm-system? The rock ci mainline fix (amdsmi revert) just got merged. ROCm/rocm-systems#3418 |

If this one looks good enough on its own we could land it first, then create a new one afterwards that updates further. |

Yeah enough CI results have been coming in (even Windows gfx1151) that I think we can merge this now. |
