Thanks david! Given the approval, I will proceed to merge it so that it does not block the bloqade-qec work, and I will make another PR for native support.

Add Squin CCZ execution using existing T/T-adjoint and CNOT gates. Require Bloqade Circuit 0.15.0, which introduced its CCZ statement.
