Description
Why: HogQL-generated Trino SQL needs runtime functions that Trino does not provide.
Add an optional plugin with mathematical, geographic, H3, bitmap, encoding, HTML-text, and IPv6 functions. Port the existing implementations to this fork, add regression tests, and document installation and compatibility limits. The default server distribution does not enable the plugin.

Bitmap states use a private format, not ClickHouse aggregate-state bytes. The plugin does not claim complete ClickHouse equivalence.
Validation: 18 tests pass, including native H3 loading and bitmap state serialization and merging. These commands pass:
