This repository creates a BIDS dataset of T1-weighted structural MRI images, processes them using the FreeSurfer 8.2.0 recon-all pipeline, and organizes the resulting output. The dataset comprises longitudinal imaging collected across several developmental studies at the Brain Behavior Laboratory from participants in the Philadelphia Neurodevelopmental Cohort.
