PaoloBozzini/README.md

Hi, I'm Paolo 👋

Software Engineer and Team Lead based in Aarhus, Denmark. Originally from Italy, spent time studying in Japan, now settled here.

I build production-grade applications end to end. React, Angular, and TypeScript are my primary tools, but I also use many other technologies like c#, flutter and docker.

Over the past few years I've moved into leadership: setting technical direction, mentoring developers, facilitating agile processes, and working closely with product owners and designers so the team ships well. I lead by creating clarity, removing blockers, and trusting people with real ownership.

What I work on

  • Microfrontends, system design, and scalability, with an eye on long-term sustainability
  • Company-level design systems, including building the business case and presenting it to stakeholders
  • Connecting technical decisions to the business value behind them

What I'm curious about

  • Game development. I prototype with Godot and Unreal in my spare time. I like the overlap between software and art, and how different the constraints are from web development.
  • AI and computational linguistics. I've used TensorFlow for semantic analysis, and I've worked with fine-tuned LLMs, RAG pipelines, and evals. I'm interested in where language and technology meet, especially around NLP.
  • 3D modelling with Blender.
  • Sustainability and green tech.
