Adopts the v2.1 spec sections in the demos and tests: - Demos: "### Exploitation" / "### Confirm the Exposure" / "## Fix" sections in MASTG-DEMO-0102, 0122, 0128, 0129, 0130. - Tests: "**Example Attack Scenario:**" blocks in MASTG-TEST-0250, 0252, 0355, 0356, 0357, 0358, 0364, 0365, 0366.
