This pull request introduces a new Odoo module,
hr_attendance_time_credit, which adds a rule-based engine for computing supplementary time credits on HR attendance records. The module is designed to handle credits such as travel time, dressing time, paid breaks, and day-type premiums, which are distinct from overtime or leave. It provides a flexible configuration for credit rules, supports both fixed and worked-time-factor computation modes, and includes features for locking, manual credit lines, and batch processing.Depends on #251.@BinhexTeam T20661
