When a registered-backup is executed, the API was loggin an validation error even if the passhprase was set. Fix the validation error. The UI still does not need to handle the error, because the "Run backup" button is disabled if the passphrase is not set.
The remote backup was different if executed from the cronjob or from the UI. This change makes sure the name of the backup is consistent using a new format: backup-<unix_timestamp>.tar.gz.gpg
