feat: drop the chart tokens; charts use the existing colors - #20

chart-1 to chart-5 were a gray ramp nothing used. Charts take primary for the main series, muted-foreground for a comparison, and the status colors for series with a meaning; more than two series means split the chart. tokens:check rejects chart-*.
