fix: quick volume clicks each count - #1

Clicks faster than a render all stepped from the level on screen, so four clicks moved the volume by one step. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

Four quick clicks on 小聲一點 moved the volume by 5, not 20: each click stepped from the level on screen. A ref now holds the last level asked for.
Found while testing on music.winlab.tw (40 → 35 after 4 clicks).
