feat: page tabs in the top right - #12

照片, 人物 and 標籤 as tabs before 搜尋 and 上傳, using ui.winlab.tw's app-shell again (its new actions slot, ui #92): below md the tabs fold into the menu button so they never run into the breadcrumb. 人物 and 標籤 leave the profile page. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
