Question

Personaplex is a great voice model. But it doesn't support tool calling right? Is there any plans to support it, maybe in next version or other Nvidia models?

👍 we’d use native tool/function calling on the live /api/chat stream (like Gemini Live / OpenAI Realtime), not brittle post-processing, so speech agents can call backend APIs safely.

Any official word on roadmap vs out of scope (or intended combo with another NVIDIA stack) would help us choose an inference path.
