pickle public understanding model

Please pickle and add some model that takes "abstract" and returns whatever output are specified in the API wiki.

@cl3wis The current model takes numerical features computed using the abstract and returns the output specified in the API wiki. Is there any way those features can be computed directly from the text given by the user and pass them to the model. I'm unable to figure out how to build a regression model that takes in text and then compute the values.
