Cache size is not updated after clear cache

Describe the bug

If I clear cache of an app, the value Cache inside "Storage and cache" should became 0 but stay at the previous value, if I refresh the app with swipe, the value stay still to the previous value, after I come back to the list of app and enter in the App Details the cache become 0.

To Reproduce

1. choose an app from app list
2. see the value of Cache inside "Storage and cache"
3. tap on button "Clear cache", toast "Done" appear
4. see the value of Cache inside "Storage and cache", still previous value
5. refresh the app with swipe
6. see the value of Cache inside "Storage and cache", still previous value
7. go back to the app list
8. enter to the same app
9. see the value of Cache inside "Storage and cache", now is 0

Expected behavior

I expect it to become 0 after the command is executed, or at least after a refresh; instead, I have to exit and re-enter.
