PR to reflect changes proposed for pacman.
Color the changed part of the upgradeable package version based on update's severity. Adheres to SemVer but looks great for packages that don't use it, too.
This is not a security feature. This is a curiosity and system maintainability feature that points out updates that the user should be aware of.
