Error on first config wizard run after upgrade.

I have ran into an error with the first config after upgrade not running automatically and then when ran manually it stopped as I was about to test my toolsetter with datum tool, this was after upgrading to the v0.5.0-rc8-beta1 release, seems to work fine after reinstalling, but did not automatically launch the config wizard
