I’d like to ask whether it’s possible to download river discharge/flow data for a location specified by latitude and longitude (the point corresponds to a hydropower plant). I also need to know if historical data for multiple years are available with a 15-minute or 1-hour time step. Thank you!

1. Sorry, no, I did not implement searching via geo location.
2. Please visit https://ehyd.gv.at/ to see what kind and shape of data are available. I don't know because I never used the discharge data.
