Email bundle preview.19 ships the app-owned background-refresh review description from #9 as App preview.15, with sealed App Kit alpha.39 and a Host preview.127 minimum. Runtime preview.18 and Kit alpha.35 remain unchanged.
Updates the release identities, compatibility template and current release documentation; previous preview.18 artifacts remain available for rollback. The detached release record will resolve against the already-published Host127 assets.
Validation: App build, 7 package tests, 45 UI tests and immutable Kit/57-module Runtime provenance checks passed locally. Required CI covers the focused Runtime and standalone artifact checks. No Host release or Host PR changes.
