Publication scope

Publish only the reviewed copilot-cli and copilot-primitives native decks from #76, their notes, landing pages, recipes, and CLI examples.

The catalog switches only these two entries to native decks and Notes chips. Existing Slidev sources remain as conversion references; native folders take precedence in the existing Pages deployment.

Shared support includes the typewriter-animation fix and a native-aware PR validation check. The old check required missing Slidev .md files for native conversions, which blocked #76 before a build could run. The replacement retains talk/deck synchronization checks, validates native folders, preserves Slidev builds, and validates all published native decks when shared native infrastructure changes.

Deliberately excluded

All other conversions, catalog dates, feed snapshots, and machinery-plan edits from #76 remain on its unchanged review branch. This PR does not merge or deploy that branch.

For each remaining talk, create a branch from current main, bring across only that talk's native folder and matching source/support files from review/native-deck-conversions, run validation and catalog sync, then open a separate PR. Keep slides/index-custom.html generated from that publication branch rather than copying the backlog's index. Merge the ready publication PRs one at a time; merging #76 wholesale would still publish its remaining changes.

Validation

• Nine deck-discovery and change-selection tests pass, including native conversions without Slidev files, retained references, synchronization failures, shared changes, and incomplete native folders.
• Full native validation/build passes for copilot-cli (36 slides), copilot-primitives (34 slides), and existing surfaces (28 slides), including runtime, layout, navigation, notes, and print-page checks.
• Scoped companion checks and catalog synchronization pass.
• Browser checks against built output under /CopilotTraining/ confirm both catalog links and Notes links return HTTP 200 and load their shared assets without runtime errors.
• Only copilot-cli, copilot-primitives, and existing surfaces have native catalog links.
• Ubuntu CI exposed four font-dependent card overflows on primitives slides 12 and 30. Explicit line wrapping preserves the wording, and the updated native build/validation now passes on the GitHub Ubuntu runner as well as locally.

Publication occurs only after this PR is merged to main and the Pages workflow succeeds.
