~ unshit [experimental]

unshit is a web modification project removes garbage and bloat from webpages.

this project is highly based on my personal thoughts over each website/package modified here.

~ installation

• download ublock origin
• download personet
• download the latest unshit.json on releases
• open personet and click on import config
• select unshit.json
• doesn't this looks so much better?

~ additional steps:

• use zen, firefox, helium or os-browser. like seriously, do a favor for yourself.

~ philosophy

i personally hate every single gambling ad, upsell pages, "other people also watched" on youtube and other corporate, dopamine bullshit that the internet have. i'll not even bother to mention the survailance and data sell. that's why i'm removing stuff that bothers me on the web, and with the magic of open source, i can remove things you find annoying too. plus, the config is highly configurable thanks to personet.

packages are the modifications i've made to each listed website, you can disable or configure them through the extension context menu to make them to your liking.
