Summary

Adds lightning job ssh so you can SSH into a running job from the CLI, the same way lightning studio ssh works for Studios.

• Works for single jobs and multi-machine jobs
• For multi-machine jobs, --rank selects the machine (defaults to 0)
• Reuses the existing SSH key setup from studio SSH

Usage

lightning job ssh my-job
lightning job ssh my-job --teamspace org/teamspace

# multi-machine job (defaults to rank 0)
lightning job ssh my-distributed-job --teamspace org/teamspace
lightning job ssh my-distributed-job --rank 1 --teamspace org/teamspace

Note:
mmt ssh added separately in #60

we do have lightning mmt, so i think lightning job should not take a rank argument, but rather we should have lightning mmt ssh which take it.
