feat: Implement IoT device authentication middleware and utilities - #23

- Added `iot-auth.middleware.ts` for authenticating IoT device requests using API keys and device tokens. - Included rate limiting and sensor data validation functionalities. - Created `generate-device-credentials.ts` to generate API keys and device tokens for IoT devices. - Developed `ConnectDeviceGuide.tsx` component for frontend device connection guidance. - Introduced `generate_creds.js` and `test_keys.js` scripts for generating API keys and device tokens. - Added `iot-device-tester.py` for testing IoT device integration with the backend.
