ci: run cypress on bare-metal

Hey there! Here is a summary of my dojo day: I cut CI Cypress test execution in half through incremental changes.

1. Running cypress directly in the runner instead of within a docker container
2. Interleaving module builds and Jahia startup
3. Shortcutting jahia/jahia-modules-action/integration-tests to start Jahia much earlier in the CI
4. Cutting some corners here and there (transpiling TypeScript with esbuild rather than webpack, skipping unit tests during the maven builds, skipping project builds that are not e2e tested...)

Not all improvements are of equal risk, but it gives an idea of how low we can go without touching the test suites, only the setup around them. Please vote with 1️⃣, 2️⃣, 3️⃣ and 4️⃣ if the change is acceptable to you or too big of a trade off, so we can measure what's worth doing in the future.

Please also note that I won't have the time to champion these changes for the next two months, so if you want things to get done, step in!
