Gitea Actions needs a supported runner entry for CasaOS deployments.
Adds the official
gitea/runner:3.3.2image with persistent registration state, setup fields for the Gitea ROOT_URL and registration token, and local store artwork. Jobs use the host Docker daemon, but the runner configuration keeps its socket out of job containers to limit workflow access to the host daemon.The runner is headless and has no browser UI.
