Add builds of previous LTS NDK

Hello,

Could you add builds of an older NDK version, as well - specifically NDK r21e LTS (the last version to support legacy toolchain install paths). I have an old project that cannot be built with the current NDK layout.

I was also thinking about that too but it might take days as it needs lots of patches and I go work regularly...

I'm sorry to announce that I have to discontinue adding previous NDK due to my school life and for sake of my mental health, I couldn't get GCC compiled in my host machine as it requires so many patches.
