I want to add a cask for the maintained fork eurkey-next keyboard layout. There is already an existing cask for eurkey, but the original project is unmaintained, as is an in-between fork of it. Due to the change in naming of the project, I figured using eurkey-next to disambiguate is more appropriate.

Does this version eventually replace the non "next" version?

Hmm good question. I think it could, at least on homebrew?

Even the current cask was an independent project from the original eurkey which only actively supports Windows and Linux, so there is no central authority on this I believe.

Happy to update the PR to replace the current eurkey instead of adding a new cask.
