Conda .yml file

Hi and thank you for providing this nice package.
I failed to reproduce the results from ssam tutorial page: https://ssam.readthedocs.io/en/release/userguide/01-tldr.html

I think it is because of differences in the conda environment. I followed all the steps but was still, unsure if I could produce the same environment. Especially I receive errors related to sctransform and feather packages. I was wondering if would it be possible to export the conda environment in the tutorial and share it. It would be a great help!
