This address the twinrova spawning in the crawlspace boulder issue by adding the RC to the RC to randinf table. it being a [] operator caused it to be filled with a default value, which was later read as junk data which lined up to twinrova.
I also added a new pattern to the various "identify" functions which will identify missed entries in future by asserting if it ever encounters a missing entry in rcToRandomizerInf.
