🔴 Bloqueado por el ecosistema (no aplicable todavía). Probé eslint 10 en local (api + web) y rompe el lint de web de raíz:

eslint-config-next@16.2.9 arrastra eslint-plugin-react, eslint-plugin-jsx-a11y y eslint-plugin-import, todos con peer eslint@"…|| ^9" (no soportan 10), y eslint-plugin-react usa context.getFilename(), API eliminada en eslint 10.

No es algo arreglable desde aquí sin migrar toda la config de lint de Next / esperar a que eslint-config-next publique soporte para eslint 10. Lo dejo abierto para revisitar cuando el ecosistema se ponga al día. Va acoplado a #306 (@eslint/js 10).
