Migrate GRCAN Editor/Viewer

Problem and Scope

Web dev should not take place in the firmware monorepo, it likes binary files (eg images) and such which contradict the monorepo goal. It is also space that is not needed here.

Description

Remove GRCAN Editor/Viewer and associated and add it to GRCAN-Web directly

Gotchas and Limitations

Copying can be lossy

Will also need to copy issues of relevance (non-exhaustive list)

Testing

  • HOOTL testing
  • HITL testing
  • Human tested

Testing Details

All tests continue to pass

No HTML/etc files remain

Larger Impact

Size reduction and scope reduction

Additional Context and Ticket

See GRCAN-Web directly
