Summary
Expose the current daily and 81-day F10.7 values from the MSIS wrapper for use by the GEOS-MLT ion-drag component.
This allows the ion-drag component to provide the same space-weather forcing to IRI that is used by MSIS, keeping the two empirical models consistent.
