Lockfile-only patch bump of the Angular packages from 22.2.3 to 22.2.4. The ^22.0.0 specifiers are untouched, and the peer pins (@angular/core, @angular/compiler, and so on) all moved together. The only side effect is that @angular/forms now resolves zod 4.6.6, so the duplicate 4.6.5 entry is gone.

I did not read the upstream 22.2.4 release notes. A patch release inside 22.2 should not change APIs, and the lockfile shows no new peer or runtime requirements (the engines range is unchanged).

CI was still running when I reviewed: the build, check, coverage and git-lfs jobs were in progress, and none had failed. The snyk, osv-scanner, gitleaks, zizmor and hadolint checks that had finished passed. I didn't check the final results of the running jobs.
