Lockfile-only patch bump: zstd 0.14.0 → 0.14.1, zstd-safe 8.0.0 → 8.1.0, zstd-sys 2.1.0 → 2.1.1. The bundled libzstd stays at 1.5.7. Nothing blocking.

Nit: the re-resolve also changed tempfile 3.27.0 to depend on getrandom 0.3.4 instead of 0.4.3. Both versions were already in the lockfile, so nothing new is pulled in, but the change has nothing to do with zstd. It's harmless as long as CI passes, which was still running when I reviewed.
