Digest bump for FerrLabs/.github (350e50d → 2ea7662), 3 commits: #323 adds a concurrency: block to each reusable workflow this repo calls (docker-build, ferrflow-release, renovate-dispatch, security-scan, sonarqube-scan), #322 adds concurrency to unrelated workflows in that repo, #320 drops some comments. All additive, no input/secret/output changes.

Checked for conflicts: release.yml already has its own release-${{ github.ref }} group with cancel-in-progress: false; the new reusable-ferrflow-release group is also non-cancelling, so this just adds a second, harmless queuing layer, not a collision. docker.yml has no caller-level concurrency, so its callee's new group is purely additive.

No breaking changes reach this repo's usage. CI is green (a couple of long-running jobs still in progress at review time, nothing failing).

Uneventful bump, approving.
