Digest bump of the three FerrLabs/.github reusable workflows. All three now use the same full SHA pin, and the # main comments are unchanged. Nothing blocking.
Nit: the two zizmor "secrets unconditionally inherited" alerts point at secrets: inherit in release.yml and security-scan.yml. That line was already there before this PR. To clear them, pass the callees only the secrets they need, in a separate PR.
