Checked each entry against the four upstream diffs (FerrFlow#1226, #1229, #1231, #1218). The mechanics described match the code: the trimmed tag message, the top-level-only name: in the Helm publisher, {version} in convert_tag_format plus both CLI reference tables, and the trim/reject split across the version readers. Frontmatter validates and the filename dates line up.
One blocking wording problem and two nits inline.
Nit, outside this diff: entries/2026-07-16-ferrflow-migrate-semantic-release.md still lists tagFormat: "v${version}" → tagTemplate: "v{{version}}". FerrFlow#1229 corrected that table in the docs, but the changelog page is still live with the broken mapping, so a reader who lands there copies the bug. It was accurate when written, so leaving it as a historical record is defensible, but if you do fix it, doing it in this PR keeps the two in step.

All three findings are addressed in 49fc1f2, including the out-of-diff {{version}} row in the 2026-07-16 entry. Nothing new in the changed text.
Reminder from the description: FerrFlow#1226, #1229 and #1231 were still in review, so this needs to wait until they land.

Entries for FerrLabs/FerrFlow#1226 (floating tags moving backward), FerrLabs/FerrFlow#1229 (migrate tag template), FerrLabs/FerrFlow#1231 (helm chart name) and FerrLabs/FerrFlow#1218 (padded versions). The first three are still in review; merge this once they land.
