This PR would update
EnsEMBL::Web::Document::HTML::Compara::format_wga_tableto use packedALIGNMENTSmetadata instead of the Compara Perl API when generating the multiple genomic alignments summary table.Views affected
This will change how alignment information is fetched for multiple genomic alignments pages.
It is not expected to change what alignments are presented, though it may change the order in which they are presented.
