Adds an algorithm that estimates water-quality parameters (chlorophyll-a, cyanobacteria/phycocyanin, turbidity, CDOM, TSS) in lakes, reservoirs, and large ponds from Sentinel-2 L2A imagery as an openEO UDP.
The openEO process is adapted from the MAGO Water Quality Monitoring Tool evalscript, developed and validated for Mediterranean inland waters by CETAQUA within the PRIMA MAGO project. The selected indicator is mapped onto a 5-stop Blue → Cyan → Green → Yellow → Red gradient stretched between min_value and max_value, so values move from blue (low) through green/yellow to red (high) as the indicator increases.
The openEO process is running on Copernicus Data Space over the spatial extent of Barrage Lebna, Tunisia on 2025-01-15 to 2026-04-15.
