add TradeInIndia, Expert Paper Trading Platform

New template for TradeInIndia's Expert Paper Trading platform (providerId tradeinindia.live, serviceId expertpt).

The service gives SEBI-registered Research Analysts in India a hosted platform on their own domain. The template creates two fixed-host A records — adminra.<domain> (analyst admin panel) and expertcalls.<domain> (client-facing page) — pointing at the platform server via the %IP% variable. Sync flow only, with syncRedirectDomain set to our onboarding host masteradmin.tradeinindia.live.
