Add binsrsites.com website template (signed sync flow)

Description

Adds a template for BINSR Inspect Websites (binsrsites.com) — a website builder
for licensed home inspectors. The template creates a single CNAME pointing the
customer's chosen host (our product always applies host=www) at our serving
edge, sites.binsrsites.com. We use the signed synchronous flow:
syncPubKeyDomain is binsrsites.com with the RS256 public key published at
_dck1.binsrsites.com, and syncRedirectDomain covers our app's
redirect_uri host (app.binsrinspect.com).
