Add InboxMail email-forwarding template

Description

Adds the useinbox.email / email-forwarding template.

InboxMail (useinbox.email) is an email-forwarding service: users delegate their
domain's mail to InboxMail, which receives inbound email via Amazon SES and forwards
it to their personal address. This template lets a user configure the required DNS in
one click instead of copy-pasting records manually.

Records applied:

• MX @ → inbound-smtp.eu-west-1.amazonaws.com (priority 10) — inbound mail to SES
• CNAME %dkim1..3%._domainkey → %dkim1..3%.dkim.amazonses.com — SES DKIM (per-domain tokens, passed as variables)
• SPFM @ → include:amazonses.com — authorises SES to send (merge, non-destructive)
• TXT _dmarc → v=DMARC1; p=quarantine; pct=100; rua=mailto:dmarc@useinbox.email — DMARC policy

• syncPubKeyDomain is set — this is mandatory; omitting it requires explicit justification in the PR description or the PR will be rejected

• no bare variable is used as the full host label — the non-variable parts are fixed to limit misuse (e.g. %dkimkey%._domainkey, not %dkimhost%); if bare, justify in the PR description
• no variable is used in the host field to create a subdomain — use the host parameter or multiInstance instead
• %host% does not appear explicitly in any host attribute
• essential is set to OnApply on records the end user may need to modify or remove without breaking the template (e.g. DMARC)
