Summary

• records the confirmed v2.3 testnet contract addresses
• points the frontend defaults at the new paused and empty suite
• preserves legacy v2.2 monitoring defaults while historical validator stake is migration-bound
• archives the v2.2 config and updates deployment handoff documentation

Deployment risk

The v2.3 token and pool remain paused. The legacy v2.2 token and pool also remain paused. No unpause or stake migration is part of this PR.
