Fixes DOCS-8670
Expands the "Configure telemetry tagging" section on the source code service mapping page. The previous content was a single sentence that told users to "use the
git.commit.shaandgit.repository_urltags" without explaining what tags are in this context or how to set them. The updated section provides environment variable examples and explains the purpose of each tag.Merge instructions
