Simple boilerplate using AngularJS 1.6, SCSS, Gulp and Browsersync ready to work with.
Just:
npm install
bower install
change Browsersync's proxy in gulpfile (http://localhost/PROJECT's PATH/index.html), and then:
gulp serve
