Status update following merged PR #317

The release adds reconstructable evidence and Decision Cards, but not the requested model-specific monitoring examples. The next major release will address observable action/tool traces, explicit decision summaries, and provenance rather than assuming access to private internal chain-of-thought.

This issue will be addressed in the next major release. It remains open until its acceptance criteria are met. This is a roadmap commitment to address the issue, not confirmation that every proposed mechanism will be adopted unchanged; final scope will follow security, feasibility, and validation review. No release date is committed here.
