SearchGUI error- Transition between raw conversion and search

Hello,

I am receiving an error box that says: cannot invoke "java.lang.process.getinputStream()" because "this.p" is null. How do I fix this error?

Hi! It seems like there is an issue with converting one or more of the raw files to mzml. Perhaps you can try converting the raw files separately first, for example via ThermoRawFileParserGUI, and check the resulting mzml files?
