Support ppm as MS2 tolerance

The ms2_tolerance parameter to MS2PIPFeatureGenerator only supports Da. It would be nice if it supported relative units like ppm as well.

Hi @Vrosk,

Happy to report that as of v4.2.0, we support MS2 error tolerances both in Da and in ppm with the ms2_tolerance_mode parameter. This feature will be propagated to MS²Rescore as well with it's next release.

Fixed in #270.
