I revisited this stuff again, and it seems to be fixed with recent driver updates. I still get D3Cold state on my dGPU after ~10s of inactivity even without this workaround. It may also be consequence of removing
NVreg_DynamicPowerManagement=0x02from cachyos-settings, since there was related issue with it: negativo17/nvidia-kmod-common#15Also, we should never have used RTD3 workaround in 580xx profile, as Maxwell/Pascal GPUs don't suport RTD3 feature at all. All users of 580xx should just remove these files.
