README: add FreeHSM to the downstream projects list - #280

FreeHSM (https://github.com/afchine1337/freehsm) is an open-source PKCS#11 v3.2 software module in C, built on OpenSSL 3.5's FIPS provider. It runs the Wycheproof test vectors through its PKCS#11 interface: a harness in tests/wycheproof/ with one adapter per vector family, run in CI on every push (.github/workflows/wycheproof.yml), and again through pkcs11-check. The vectors have found real defects in the module: valid RSA-PSS signatures rejected because the caller's MGF was ignored, invalid EdDSA public keys accepted on import, and ML-DSA context strings over 255 bytes handled neither as FIPS 204 requires nor consistently. Thank you for maintaining them.
